1. We have an android version, but at this moment its not very stable and paused for now. We are making the iOS app stable first and gradually move to Android this year.
2. First, it should work on your one plus. The android UX is poor, so it seems to you that its not working. On your device it might run very slow, so wait until it shows ready on the top of the screen. After that you will see red blobs, as you move close to the object you wanna scan those should go away. (Again in here Android device with ToF sensors works better, but because of poor UI it will seem to you that nothing is working in low end devices.)

If you are not in a rush, i recommend buying the lifetime deal and wait for the update. The revamp of Android app will start on June and will be ready by September. Its your call. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. I also recommend to visit our roadmap and vote on the features you want to see first, or request new one.
