Awesome product, fantastic support
Poper AI is a fantastic pop up builder, I have tried multiple over the years and several WordPress plugin ones. Hustle, Pop Up Domination, Optinmonster to name a few. But they always feel bloated, confusing, pricey and messy.
Poper AI solves all these issues. The interface is a joy to use and pretty bug free, I've encountered the odd issue which I expect when purchasing products on AppSumo you can't expect the product to be perfect from day 1. That being said all the biggest issues I had I reported and they got fixed in around 1-2 days. Colour me impressed!
What I love:
- Awesome UI, nice simple and clean yet feature rich
- It feels super easy to build pop ups that look great, this is so important I want to be able to build a pop up quickly and have it look awesome.
- A ton of options to choose how and when the pop up fires, the amount of config here is super impressive.
- Several integrations with some of the biggest platforms and it seems like they are scaling integrations quickly and recently launched Webhooks which is great.
- Fantastic support, I had an issue with verifying our domain in the account and with some black magic they fixed the issue (I don't know how they fixed it so fast because the Poper AI code was put behind our cookie consent).
What I don't love:
- No way to auto delete leads from Poper AI for compliance or to just not store them at all, same for analytics data. GDPR and other regulations mean we need to ensure data is not kept where it isn't needed. I have suggested though and it looks like this is now on the roadmap š
- No way to duplicate pop ups across domains, again I have suggested though and looks like its planned now.
- Lock on for elements alignment in UI builder, seems difficult to get elements to align perfect how I would want there seems to be a lack of a way to align elements easily?
- Seems like you have to design the pop up for the main screen, error and success screens separate so eg if you style the border you have to set it 3 times, feels a little odd.
What I have yet to try:
- The AI content for pop ups, I actually didn't purchase this for the AI stuff. Sometimes I don't think AI is needed and this for me was one of those times. I am sure its relevant to others but I was just looking for an excellent pop up solution and this hits the mark for me.

Weāre thrilled that you appreciate the UI and the flexibility of our customization options. We're also actively working on the improvements you've highlighted:
1. Delete leads: This feature is on our roadmap and weāre aiming to release it soon.
2. Duplicate popups across domains: Weāre on track to have this ready within a week.
3. Lock on elements: We recognize how much this could streamline the creation process. We don't have a specific release date yet, but itās on our priority list.
4. Unified styling for screens: We're exploring a system to link elements together so that styling changes can be applied universally. Weāll definitely keep you posted on our progress.
Regarding the AI features, it's currently in beta, but we are refining them daily. We're excited about the improvements and you can expect to see significant advancements in the coming month. We think you'll be impressed by the results!
