Non Existent Client Support
I have issues connecting my email to their SMTP to be able to start my campaign. I have opened by now 3 tickets and no one has responded. When you try to chat with them they have this message in the Chat:
"Sorry we are away right now, but we would love to hear from you and chat soon!"
If you can not connect an email this tool is unusable, so I would think they would want to answer this kind of emails, but apparently its too much for them.
