small agency to have such low thresholds. These are not real costs - some rows in a database table and some file storage is about it- you should base your pricing on something besdies brands/projects. I work on many smaller clients - and I don't want to obliterate them or start over when they need me to make new creative after a few weeks or months.
Generation is painfully slow - I even got up at 4:00 AM to see if it was just a server load issue - and it was not faster. I could make dinner and smoke a big cigar and still be waiting.
So - that's my recommendation - speed it up and model your pricing on something else.
Especially when you're also charges credits for stock downloads. It seems like most other SaaS platforms have been able to work out deals for stock - massive libraries that don't cost a fortune or you don't have to pay for at all.
Has anyone in this project actually worked at an agency or is this pricing based on the assumptions of some coders?

May 15, 2024A: Hello cigarginger. We updated the project count to unlimited on tier3. On the performance, we realised some poster creation failed. We usually take 20 seconds to generate first set of creatives. If its taking longer, then something would have gone wrong. We have recently fixed some bugs and we are sure its bug free.
