Exactly the same thing has just happened to me. The app was trash to begin with, but I accepted the issues as it was a good deal to be able to push content to multiple social media accounts at once. Now I can only connect to two at a time (and also the Reddit connection seems to have disappeared entirely without warning).
Q: What happened to the unlimited plan that was purchased??
Why did all my channels disconnect and I am only able to add maximum 2 channels?? I purchased the level 3 license and supposed to have 15 channels.

Q: I'm Confused, I bought a plan for 15 workspaces and 90 SM Accounts
For some reason, this product has become a bit confusing. I had to add a new organization and my account only allows for 10 workspaces now.
Social Media Connections are seemingly working but posts just disappear.
What is going on and when will this be honored and the backend fixed?
