Yes, Postly adapts to all the platforms. This is the main concept of Postly (Write once, publish everywhere, or One-click publishing).
You should use the Preview to check all selected platforms and make sure the text and images/videos are all in place and the way you want them on live.
We don't support Italian at the moment but we have plans to include other languages soon. - We just want to finish working on some urgent core stuff.
