They just DELETED ALL customer data - EVERY scheduled post.
It has been OK'ish up until now. Poor customer service, but platform has mostly been stable.
Today they moved their platform to another back-end, no warning, and apparently no testing.
They just moved, and they decided it as acceptable to ALL their customers to lose ALL their scheduled posts.
We lost 100s of work hours, 8000+ scheduled posts, and all they could say was "We are sorry".
No option to stay on old platform, no migration, no rollback, they just deleted everything.
