Q: Hi, I have a few questions : 1/ Is Postoplan ok for all of the following social media : Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest ?
2/ Can I connect more than 1 account for one social media ? For example, can I connect 2 facebook pages, 2 facebook groups and 1 personal Facebook profile on the same Postoplan account ?
3/ Is it possible to tag someone on Facebook, instagram or Linkedin directly in Postoplan ?
4/ Can I create the same content on several social media, then edit them separately ? For example, I could want to create the same post in linkedin and facebook but refer to 2 different url, or I could tag someone who hasn't the same ID in 2 different social media ?

Here are the answers to your questions:
1. Yes, Postoplan currently supports all of the social networks you mentioned except Pinterest. This social network is on our roadmap.
2. Of course, you can connect an unlimited number of social accounts in one Postoplan account (please note that the deal does not state that Postoplan supports personal Facebook profiles).
3. This request is under review by our IT department and it will be included in the work plan.
4. In this case, your posts must be created separately because they will contain different content. At the moment, Postoplan has one text entry window for all available social networks.

About my question 4 : if the content is exactly the same, can I plan the posts at different dates on the different social media or do I need to create the posts separately too ?

When scheduling one post, there can be only one date for different social networks. This does not apply to recurrent posting, as multiple dates can be set in this case.
