Also, more hindering: the first Instagram account I am trying to add (yes, it has e-mail and phone number, I checked again) reports username and/or password were wrong. I tried entering it manually and with my password manager, and while my other account which I tried afterwards is working, this one just won't. Logging into the Instagram site in the same browser in the web with the same credentials is of course working. Is there a way around this? Not the best start for my first sneak into Postoplan :( .
As for the hashtags, could you make it possible to automatically add groups of hashtags, instead of clicking them one by one? Especially useful if I want to add a bunch of topic-related hashtags at once.
And one last question - is there an option to create a post for multiple networks, but customise it before scheduling, so I can acknowledge the networks (e.g. hashtags vs. no hashtags, links vs. no links, wording etc.)? So far it looks as if I had to create multiple posts to achieve that. Creating one master post and editing it afterwards is so much faster from my experience ;).

Regarding the logging in issue, could you please send the email address you used for the registration in Postoplan? I will forward this issue to our programmers and we will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
The multiple groups hashtags feature is currently under development and it will be added soon. At the moment you can have only one group of hashtags and choose manually the ones you need.
At the moment there is no option to create a master post that can be customized for each network before scheduling.

Well, are there any concrete plans for post customisation before scheduling? This is something very basic and utterly helpful, so one doesn't have to create the same post over and over again to have bit of variation between the different networks.

We are working on Bulk Upload via CSV, this functionality will be available in February. I think it will help to create and schedule your posts easier and faster. Please stay with Postoplan, there will be many updates and functionality improvements coming soon. All future updates are included in the lifetime deal. You will be surprised how fast we are growing.

thanks again for getting back ;) . I wouldn't have use for CSV bulk uploading, that's not fitting to my workflow, I'd really love to use your backend instead. I already use a service like yours, but it doesn't include more than posting images to Instagram, because they, like you, are no official partners for Facebook/Instagram (don't know how you manage to work around that though). But it had the features from the start (hashtags groups/shortcodes and customising posts before posting). So I'm not sure I am yet convinced to switch to your app so far ;).
