Their support is good but the product is shit

From the beginning, they have a problem posting on Twitter. I contacted them several times, they said they are working on it.

Yesterday they gave an email that they have a problem with Facebook also.

We have already fixed the bugs related to posting to Twitter and now all messages are published successfully. You can check the post to be sure.

As for Facebook, now our app is being checked by Facebook and after its completion, the publication will become available again. We are doing our best to expedite the issue of resolving this question.

Since you bought a subscription through AppSumo, we cannot issue you a refund in any way, since we did not receive payment from you. If the return period from AppSumo has already expired, then, alas, it will not work to make a return.
