Please note, we support only Business accounts. Your Instagram Business also has to be connected to Facebook page. Please open your Facebook Business: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=linked_instagram and make sure your Instagram Business is linked to it.

Further click on "+" icon in Postoplan, it goes to main Facebook page, from where you manage Facebook Business and Instagram Business, and follow the instructions.
