PostoPlan is such a waste of money. Ridiculous type of service I get with issues. Accounts got disconnected, and I cannot reconnect. The person assisting does not have a clue how to assist. She said that the Facebook Official API has restrictions, so why sell a solution that cannot keep up to date with the requirements of Meta Business?

I purchased this product waaaay back, and in general, it was good for basic scheduling, nothing more, however. For the last 4 days the app has a "bad gateway error", and hasn't posted anything to my clients social media accounts in these 4 days. Contacting support doesn't help either.. For a lifetime license, dropping us like this is shameful. not even an email/explaination. I wonder how many users are even aware that this app no longer works.

It's not fair... we Appsum users believed and invested in you who changed plans.... now at 6.90 per month you give unlimited posts when we start from 500 with lifetimes. Instead of considering ourselves founders and adapting the our plans to those of the public you have left us behind. Sad

I have had this product for over two years I believe. I go on it periodically i.e when I get irritated at buffer prices.

Nothing has happened since I bought the deal.

The UI is still revolting to even look at.

The product lacks key integrations (yeah since I bought this deal something called tik tok appeared on the scene. Yet they did not bother to offer us a way to schedule posts on it).

Nothing was ever developed. Nothing was ever done. And nothing will ever be.

I must say that the UI is generally immature.
First of all, the fox-like character is depressing. People who consider using this software are looking for work efficiency, so the extra decoration is unnecessary.

Second, batch submission by CSV does not work at all. The sample file has semicolons (;) as delimiters, so even if I follow that, it does not go through. Normal CSV does not go through even if I try to use comma (,). The sample file and the explanation page do not match. Does it or not? These details are frustrating.

It is also unfriendly that only ISO-8859-1 (Latin No. 1) is supported. Please support UTF-8 batch submission as soon as possible.

Finally, the way you make us step through every single step when submitting a regular post is depressing. For this amount of information, it would be better to simply display it on one screen.
The repetition of repeat submissions seems to assume weekly submissions. I would like to specify the first day of every month or even July 17 of every year, but I probably can't choose.

Since I want to post and manage multiple social networking accounts efficiently, the convenience regarding posting should be improved, but it has not reached a certain level. To be honest, I lost money by buying it.
