For a tool created due to the creators own poor social media experience, I had high hopes for Postoplan.
I've tested this since 4 April doing single posts. As long as I went in and posted a single post to immediately get posted it worked well. The connections and grouping of tools are great. For that piece its a 5 star tool.

Unfortunately, I just had the worst customer support and loss of posts EVER!
I'd gone in and scheduled 18 posts (IG Puzzle Template) - first major use of the scheduling piece. Next day there was an error message email, logged in and my IG account needed to reconnected, not a big deal. Did that and then noticed Postoplan had 4 IG accounts for me - 2 using my email and 2 using the IG account name. Saw my 18 posts scheduled under the IG account names so deleted the other two random email accounts. All my posts disappeared!!
Immediately reached out to customer support and it's been a lack of actual listening, understanding, and no action of any kind. Not to mention I've had to repeat multiple times via email and they still appear to have no clue as to what happened, no way to recover anything and no info that states it won't happen again or items in place to prevent it.

I purchased Postoplan for its scheduling ability. I went all in and purchased all the codes I could because I had such high hopes for it. If scheduling doesn't work then it's useless!!
I gave it a one star because it cannot deliver as advertised for reliably scheduling posts.
If my first endeavor ends in all the posts deleted....why would I even consider using it to mass schedule again? IG and FB have a single post and scheduling tool that I guess is where I'm going to head next. I am hoping that others have a better experience but for me - I'm highly disappointed!!

Cannot recommend that you spend money on this unless they can actually get scheduling posts to work and work reliably. Plus, customer service experience was poor too. Really hope this is a one-off situation but at the moment cannot recommend this at all. Up to this point all my deals with appsumo have been pretty good so I guess it was time for the scales to swing. If something changes, I'll update my review and rating. Right now - Don't Buy PostOPlan.
