Unreliable; a waste of both money and time
The appeal of POSTOPLAN was a single service from which I could access and post to all of my clients' social media platforms. A dream come true...in theory. In practice, POSTOPLAN has cost me not only money, but time. The second week I used it, FB & IG stopped accepting posts from it--and removed all posts previously made using the service. Greeeeeeat. I admit that wasn't POSTOPLAN's fault, and the issue was resolved and posts restored after a week or so, but my clients were (understandably) unhappy and I was left doing a lot of backtracking and rework in the time it was down. Even after the FB/IG issue, I've had nothing but problems with the service. I feel like I have to reestablish connections to the accounts I'm posting to every time I log on (daily). Literally half the time, the post I make fails to publish. Or it will publish to one platform, but not all of the platforms selected. I get error warnings that provide no information, and then the post is "lost" even if I attempt to save it to drafts, so I have to recreate it to even try resubmitting it. The FAQ and help section provides no actual help. At this point, I've wasted so much time on this service that it's not worth throwing more good time after bad. I'm going to accept the fee I paid for "lifetime" use as a learning lesson and never bother with it again. It's far faster and less frustrating to sign in to every single client account individually and know the submitted post will publish, than to waste time hoping POSTOPLAN will actually work.

Sorry that you had a bad experience! Let me assure you, we make every effort to make our service convenient, useful, and maximally functional for you. The Lifetime plan is unlimited in a number of accounts you can connect, projects to create and managers to be added. It has no finish date and includes all relevant updates. If an error occurs in Lifetime handling, please contact us, and we will check the situation and fix it. And maybe it’ll change your mind about us.
