1. How can I customize the name of my campaign? Currently, they are automatically sorted as Campaign#1, Campaign#2…\u000a\u000a2. I tested sending to my 2 Gmail accounts and one Hotmail account, but I haven’t opened the emails yet. However, the data shows that both Gmail accounts have been opened, while only the Hotmail account is accurate as it shows that I haven’t opened it yet. Is there an issue with the accuracy of tracking Gmail opens?

We only name those campaigns numerically but you can see the exact message, timestamp, deliverability success, and subject line for reference.

There shouldn't be any issues with the Gmail tracking, you can send more information about it to [email protected] and I will look into the issue for you.
