Its been a while you haven't updated any new features. All I understood its just basic bulk email sending, which we can easily do by excel sheet free of cost. Then what is the main difference here?

Does it mean you dont have any intention to develop the product? or share the roadmap. Before buying any LTD we have the right to know if it is going to survive next few years or not!
We don't have a public roadmap, there have been product improvements that we haven't announced yet and more will be coming (with announcements).
