PostX is a Gutenberg blocks based builder. If you already use Gutenberg, then you can easily work with PostX. But if you use TinyMCE, then you will need the "Saved Templates" addon. This addon allows you to create a template with Gutenberg blocks and use it anywhere via a shortcode. I hope this makes sense. To transfer your content, you can use the default WordPress exporter and importer tools.
