futureativeQ: Working on your roadmap
I noticed that a number of features on your roadmap have significantly more votes than your current "in progress" and "planned" features. Are you considering adjusting your roadmap at all?
For example, I (and I'm sure a lot of sumolings) don't like to take the risk purchasing a tool that doesn't have a Zapier integration at least close to completion. Anyone who's bought more than 10 products here as almost definitely been burned in the past. Things are often promised and never delivered, leaving a tool useless.
Responsiveness improvements sound nice, so do tracking improvements and a few others... But these and much of your roadmap are nice to haves. SMTP & Variables are must haves.

Would also like to know how much you're considering your feature requests & votes when prioritizing developments.
Thanks for the notes, this does feel like a bit of a non-answer. I appreciate you don't want to get tied to a promise you can't keep etc. but some more clarity on at least a rough ETA for Zapier would be really appreciated. Any further details you're able to share?
