Q: Are there any updates coming to the "roadmap"?

There have been lots of feature requests, some years old but no mapping of activity. Also, the link to Slack community does not let us join — it requires specific domain. How do we access?

A: Hey! Thanks for reaching out, I appreciate it. :)

We have recently (and unfortunately) stopped updating the Canny roadmap as well as taking in new Slack community members. Why? Well, we are heads down building product and doing sales/marketing, so had to divest time from non-revenue-generating activities until we add more folks to the team. I hope you understand! :)

Thank you for the quick reply :) Have you shared new roadmap with users? Or any updates? I'm T3 and coming to the end of my 60-days and when roadmap looks like no progress, it makes it look like abandoned & consider refund.
I'd suggest updating the canny board to reflect your info above, because links in app also to canny and other people might also think there's no progress...Thank you! :)

Really need to see some form of update on roadmap, progress etc before the 60 days refund period expires. Website still links to https://meaw.canny.io/potion and makes it look/feel like product is abandoned.

You say "we are heads down building product and doing sales/marketing"; product updates & customer comms is a big part of sales and marketing, esp for SaaS products.
