Good, but can improve
Great app overall, but here is my honest review with some areas for improvement:
1. The page layout, including the video, needs to be more robust. A wider layout is needed. It's great that there is an HTML element and a widget for the calendar, but if a calendar other than Calendly is used, it's not intuitive. An annoying aspect is that even when embedding Calendly, users have to scroll to see available dates. Improvements can be made in this area. Additionally, allowing users to choose the width of widgets, HTML embeds, etc. through custom CSS would be beneficial.
2. When trying to record via my iPhone camera (on Macbook), it often freezes and fails to start. Refreshing the page multiple times or trying different browsers is necessary.
3. For dynamic video, the option to upload a video should be available. The current video editor is not very helpful, or is lacking if you need to delete parts of your video.
4. Although promised for the near future, the feature to combine 2 or more videos for recording introductions and presentations is not currently available.
5. Advanced analytics such as heatmaps or notifications when someone views a video would be appreciated.
6. There is no way to change the privacy settings of a video to make it private or set a password.
7. Limited to 720p and 250Mb/video.
8. While the public roadmap may not be relevant anymore, it would be helpful to know what features are coming up at any given time.
9. Video processing speed could be significantly improved.
10. The AI lip-syncing feature needs better improvement.
11. A "👋🏻" in the thumbnail appears as "▣". This should be fixed.
12. Shortcuts such as Delete and Rename (besides Move to folder) on the "My videos" page would be useful.
13. An advanced video editor would be a welcome addition.
The positives:
1. The ability to have multiple CNAMEs and custom favicons.
2. Simple interface.
3. Customizable colors and the option to customize GIFs, add photos, etc.

Here is how we intend to implement your feedback -
1. The page layout: We are working on a simple webpage editor that will give you granular controls, like Wix/Squarespace. This also includes width settings and cleaners widget UX. :)
2. We currently don't (properly) support recording using iPhone on Mac. Adding this to our prio list.
3. Re uploading videos and converting them to dynamic videos: As a company, we don't want anyone to misuse the platform and create "bad" content such as videos or politicians & celebrities without their explicit consent. So unless we have identity and consent verifications built, we will not be releasing this feature. Hope you understand our stance on this. :)
4. We have released "Multiple Backgrounds" feature that allows you to add 2 or more videos in the background which addresses this feature request!
5. Advanced analytics on aggregate data is also on the roadmap.
6. Currently there is no way to make videos private or set a password. Adding this to the roadmap. :)
7. Currently we only support 720p and 250Mb/video, but higher res videos are also coming soon.
8. I hear you! We'll re-release a public roadmap after cleaning the current one up.
9. Agreed! Video processing speed will be significantly improved!
10. Agreed! We are releasing a major update to the lip-syncing AI in July that makes it much, much better.
11. We don't support emojis in the Gif thumbnail (yet), adding this to the roadmap. :)
12. Adding Keyboard Shortcuts to the roadmap as well. :)
13. Agreed! An advanced video editor is already on the roadmap and coming our in Q4 this year. :)
