Thanks for sharing your concerns. The last thing we want to do is underserve anyone.

To answer your questions:

(1) we use “Team” because there’s usually two of us who answer questions here, in other forums, on our site, etc.. “Team” isn't meant for anything other than convenience and consistency. (FWIW, this is Kirk.)
(2) Our EULA is on the home page, or available via this direct link: https://www.powerpersonas.com/ula.
(3) Building our product on a customized wix site has been a great way for us to be able to test and iterate. Being able to integrate our core code with some of the wix off-the-shelf functionality (i.e. sign-ups, users, payments and individual site pages) has saved us considerable time. (Sure… it’s caused a few headaches, too, but it’s definitely been a net-positive.)

Does that all make sense?
