1. Does that mean that after I type in the keywords/comments examples it will automatically find 20 people and comment on their post?
2. Does it renew the next month? Meaning, will the tool be able to target 20 different people next month or is it always the same people unless we edit the keywords?

Here are the answers:
1. Nop really, the target feature allow to target LinkedIn account, so, as soon as they're posting a comment will be left on their post, automatically. To target a keyword, this is the "searches" feature.
2. You can add/remove/edit target account at any time, same for the searches feature!

Thanks for the answers. But I'm still a little bit confused as to how this works.
Its 20 targeted accounts / 20 comments per month. But is it 20 comments/accounts only for targeted?
If for example we use search and add keywords and other settings, how many posts can we comment in month?
Because it says 20 per month, but on my free trial I contacted about 100 of them in few days just by using search instead of target. So is that how it works?
Also how do I stop it?

It says 1 keyword - 5 comments. But on your website its 1 keyword - 50 comments. So that does mean with t1 we can target 1 keyword per day, every day?
