Love the simplicity and ease of use. creator and keyword tracking works pretty good and the AI generated responses are very well written.

I have good expirience using PowerIn, had some issues but it was fixed by support

First of all, as many others have pointed out, the service is extremely unreliable, inconsistent, and falls far short of what the plans promise.

It's impossible to use the service automatically due to the extremely poor quality of the comments generated.

However, all of this could be overlooked with the hope of future improvements if the customer service wasn't equally bad.

I purchased 6 codes on Appsumo. I created an account and activated 6 codes. When I noticed no changes in my account limits, despite my PowerIn dashboard indicating 'Appsumo Tier 6,' I assumed I had made a mistake.

I reached out to customer support to explain my situation. They responded that they couldn't do anything about it, meaning my other codes were essentially lost.

So, I paid for 6 codes, but I can only access their services for three.

But it doesn't end there. My account has been non-functional for the past three weeks. I can't even use the services for the three codes I activated, let alone the six I paid for.

I really want to like this product—in fact, I do—but the execution is incredibly frustrating.

First, every AppSumo deal is "Keyword to comment (1kw - 5 comments/day)"
I wasn't sure what this meant, and frankly, I still don't.

When I set up the product yesterday, I had to add 3 keywords to search for. This morning now that I see how the product is working, I was actually thinking it was really fricking cool until I attempted to edit the keywords. Now, instead of 3 keywords, it will only allow me to add 1 keyword. And then it wants me to upgrade. But you can't just purchase more keywords; it wants you to purchase their monthly/yearly subscription. LAME

Maybe I am using the product wrong. I would be happy to edit my review, as this could be a really cool product. In fact, it could be a game changer! (Sorry for the cliche.)

I've been using Powerin since it launched on AppSumo, and in 1.5 months, I've gained an average of 5 followers per day without any profile bans. Even though I bought Tier 3, I've only added 29 profiles so far.

Initially, I was skeptical about these kinds of apps, but I was proven wrong. The comments it posts are spot-on, and I always get a response back.

Honestly, I forgot about it for a while, and when I returned, I saw many people complaining it doesn’t work for them. I suggest everyone give it another try.
