Disappointing Experience

I usually hesitate to write negative reviews, but my recent experience with PowerIN.io has led me to share my thoughts publicly.

My initial impression of PowerIN.io was quite promising. The service seemed to provide a unique solution and I was particularly drawn to the potential roadmap they presented. I decided to invest in their business plan based on this potential.

However, not long after my purchase, they altered their plans, switching me from the business plan to a starter plan without prior notice. This was a clear breach of trust and has left me feeling deceived. It’s like buying a first-class ticket and being directed to the economy section upon boarding.

What’s even more frustrating is that I am now locked out of the roadmap that initially drew me in. Such actions reflect poorly on the company’s management and suggest a lack of experience and sensitivity towards their customers.

The team seems to be comprised of first-time entrepreneurs. While this is not inherently problematic, it becomes an issue when it leads to poor customer relationships. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what’s happening here at PowerIN.io.

This ongoing situation has left a bad taste in my mouth and it’s hard not to think that PowerIN.io is more interested in quick cash grabs than building a sustainable business model. The high potential they initially exhibited now feels like it has a low probability of longevity.

In conclusion, I’m highly disappointed with my experience with PowerIN.io. I feel let down by the team’s approach and their disregard for early adopters. My advice for potential customers is to proceed with caution.

Hi Oscar,

It's a pity that your review is only based on the fact that we renamed the Appsumo plan from "Business" to "Starter". Which make this review based on your feelings, not on the product and the reality.
Because if you look in detail, here are the features that have been added to all Appsumo users:

- Turn on/off the emoji
- Turn on/off the Hashtag
- Choose the comment's frequency
- Auto like the commented post
- Add a gender to your connected account
- Personalized tone

Your disappointment lies in the fact that we have created 2 new plans that are not available to Appsumo users (whereas we originally had just one plan). And you'd like to have access to all the features, for the same price. And it's precisely for the sake of longevity that we couldn't make some of the new features available to Appsumo users, because they cost us. Making them available to Appsumo users would have created a ponzi scheme, or a time bomb that would have had the same effect as many LTD projects: the end of the project.
To reduce frustration, these plans are priced very, very low for Appsumo users.

PS: "cash grab" is pretty funny. I'll let you imagine and calculate how much we really earn in net (after Appsumo commission), on $19 codes, knowing that we also have costs. We do Appsumo for long-term visibility, not money.
