Pathetic Customer Service
Pathetic customer service you will receive. They claim they are faster to revert on WhatsApp and that faster means either 10 hours later or sometimes even after 2 days.
And the problem is that after that entirely mess up your issue and don't even read what you have mentioned in the reporting and revert back with something useless.
Also, the behavior of the customer service agent was very rude and adamant.

Rude developer, unresponsive, fishy - Tool is so and so
I am not really sure why I gave this app another chance after being scammed with their first offer where they changed the terms of the offer on their own. You have a proof about this in many comments and reviews on AS on this listing and on the previous one.
What really disturbs me is why has this developer been granted a new profile after the unprofessional behavior from the first one? This is wrong in so many ways.
Concerning the tool, I did not succeed in connecting X/Twitter account, no luck with the support either or "support" as being told to refresh the browser window and cache is so lame especially for advanced users.
The LinkedIn part is not bad, but it disconnects frequently so you need to reconnect. Maybe the worst thing is if the developers attitude would be more professional we would be looking into a powerful tool.
These kinds of shady businesses should not be on AppSumo.

My 3 months experience
The creator of this product is will just bush around the corner instead of helping. He has no will to help me. When product was launched he didn't mention that license and LinkedIn profile should be with same email id...Now he made changes and I generally use my main email id to buy appsumo deal but my LinkedIn is in another profile. Now I am facing problem to connect.....Creator is very rude, I would have shared screenshot of chats he is no will to support me.
