Q: I just tried to reach support through your website.
Probably one of the most frustrating interactions i've had in a while. I was told i needed to write a blog post to get an answer to my question which was:
Do you have a partnership program/ referral program? If so what does that look like and how would that be implemented.

Thanks for writing back and so sorry for your frustrating experience.
Lately we are getting a lot of emails with offers about writing blog posts partnership so I guess it was an automated macro.
I went ahead and transferred your ticket to our Customer Success which is handling that program.
