You absolutely can, just select Spain as a country then you'll be able to type the cities you want to target. Nice and easy :)

Hello, When I go to LSA tab, I see different Advertisers than are revealed in the All Advertisers Tab? Additionally, filtering for these "extra" advertisers doesn't work, but I can scroll down in the page and find their ad and copy. However, when I export LSA, Filtered it doesn't show the add copy.
