Yes, you can send an automatic email with the PDF - includes all responses. Also, you can recall data/scores in the email body text.

If you need PDF in customized format then you can connect with other 3rd party tool (Document Studio etc) via Google Sheet.

You can add any description text you want in the final Thank you screen/report (which is shown after submitting form) - static text, dynamic text based on the responses etc.
