Do I lose some access if I upgrade from T2 to T3? Also Straico API

Question

I have T2 from Nov 2024, if I upgrade to T3 do I lose anything that I might be grandfathered in at such as Deepseek?

As a top tier Straico user, it would be great to use their API key in your product!
