Sean_TQ: Starter to Pro
As much as I'm a fan of your previous software, Vocal; this seems to feel a bit misleading.
When I purchased this, the listing said "all future pro plan updates" for me to wonder and ask the question to you as to why several features we're turned off. To then be explained that the AppSumo deal and the pro subscription, in fact, don't align. Now I see that you have it linked to the starter tier.
This misses a big interest of mine which allows this to work on mobile since we would have to have the pro tier and currently the only way to do that is subscription.
Is there any consideration to allow us to have the pro tier (as originally listed) so we can have the features that is advertised? Even if we need to hit a certain tier on AppSumo?
Same here. Bought it some days ago. In my invoice its says "All future PRO Plan updates". "Train the AI on your whole inbox" in the Pro Plan, for myself i don't care, actually I do not even want that. But without "works on your phone" feature, not interesting - DEAL BREAKER for me, even I bought this TIER 1 only, since it fits my needs.
We're sorry about the communication issue around the Pro plan.
This is our mistake, and we understand the issue. For clarity, we've now created a Starter plan, which is linked to the Appsumo Plan.
This Starter plan does not include mobile + the ability to import historical emails. This is because those features have a different cost structure and we can't afford to give those away as an LTD.
Appsumo does offer refunds, no questions asked. So if this is a deal breaker, you can just get a refund, and all is good :)
Our deal is really good, even without those features and we look forward to improving the all with your feedback but you're of course welcome to get a refund :)

As mentioned, above, will you consider adding the Pro to another Tier?
Unfortunately not given the cost incurred by the features on the Pro plan.
Same here - I max-tiered because of the pro plan (pre written drafts was my deal breaker for me). Any intention on adding that to the starter plan at some point? Or offering a 1-time upgrade to include that?
Hey, we are discussing offering a discounted upgrade option to our subscription plan, but for now it's not available. If it's not working out, it's best to get a refund for now as we don't want anyone feeling cheated :)
