I got this tool because I need a way to share internal timelines with clients on a case by case basis. What I got was way more than that. I got a 40,000 foot view of all of my projects and I like what I see. Let's clear some things up. This tool will not replace Microsoft Project or some of the other tools that you use internally to manage time or hours. This tool gives you a summary view of every project everywhere in your business or even better, mini projects for clients that you can share with them using a shareable link. I really did not expect that it would be that powerful but I purchased it and already outlined all of my existing projects for the next year. I went with tier 3 of course because I want to use it internally and with clients. I sometimes put them on their own little timeline and they actually like that but had to screen shot their time lines to them. Now they can have their own personal link to it as well. The real power in this tool is getting your time back. You can spend hours trying to dial in everything in a project management tool but sometimes less is best. I did a really short walk through on it and set up a time line in less than 5 mins.
