Yes I know that I can delete subscribers but I want to know how can I delete subscriber who has not taken any action after passing a year? how can I filterout those? I could not find it. Can you guide me please?

It very much depends on what you mean by "subscribers take any action" and whether Prefinery knows about such action. For example, does that mean logging into your app/site? Buying something? Does Prefinery know that happened?

If the action is completing a purchase (any purchase from a list of available offerings) would this be a triggerable event? Or do we need to specify a particular product/service?
