Nice question, The main difference between Decktopus and Premast is that Decktopus is a great web-based presentation design tool, but Premast is for those who want to work on PowerPoint and Google Slides.
And we can say that Premast Plus add-in inside PowerPoint enables users to create professional presentations using PowerPoint as a design tool.
