Q: Clarification of the commercial use of the content created

Dear Presenti Team,

I have read the review by spiritbeforebody. Is it true that the content created may not be used commercially, or only to a limited extent? Especially the rights for publications on youtube and other social media are important for me. This is very important information for me and probably for many interested parties and buyers. Therefore, clarification would be very helpful.

Many thanks Michael

It does not matter how anyone responds, including the founders, when the official terms of service at https://presenti.ai/term-services/ read in part "Presenti.ai grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, global license to use the software." Business use is not included in the legally binding T&Cs.

So what is the purpose of using presenti with Business use excluded? Could someone please explain this to me (preferably the founder)?

No change has been made to the terms on your website.

Nothing on the app sum o deal says that we are purchasing a commercial entity license.

https://presenti.ai/license-agreement/
"If you are a commercial entity (including but not limited to corporations, partnerships, or individual businesses), you must purchase an appropriate commercial entity license."

No updates. Same wording as before.👆

Um... I don't see any updates anywhere.👀

There are no "latest details" because nothing on the AppSumo deal page has been altered.

There is no mention of commercial license inclusion.

Is this a mistake, or are you purposely trying to deceive customers/potential customers?
