It’s good to see this deal back. I have three questions related to past experiences of other users and whether the issues have been resolved:
1.) Users reported that random Chinese Text appears unexpectedly in presentations. Fixed?
2.) Presentations are limited to 15,000 characters, meaning you cannot create presentations longer than about 10 slides. Attempting to enhance or generate text or presentations using documents that exceed this limit results in the process being blocked. Limits removed/ extended or another solution, to maybe "stitch" presentations together?
3.) Some users have mentioned that they did not receive sufficient support from you, an NO EMAIL REPLY, with Presenti and Pixso, another one of your products. Is the support from your team now improved?
Could you please clarify if these issues have been fixed? Thank you!

1. Random Chinese text appearing
This has been fixed. We've strictly separated language outputs, and the chance of unexpected Chinese text appearing is now extremely low. You can generate presentations in over 40 languages directly from the language selector.
2. 15,000 character limit
This has been resolved. Presenti now fully supports parsing documents with up to 15,000 words (not just characters), which comfortably covers much longer presentations. No need to stitch decks together anymore.
3. Support responsiveness
I'm sorry to hear some users had trouble reaching us before. Our development team is actively monitoring support channels. You can contact us directly through the feedback form inside your workspace or by emailing [email protected].
