Q: Hey, I've seen this has already been addressed a few times, so I would just like to express my interest in ...
expediting the inclusion of creating custom spaces (brands/businesses/websites) and team members so that we can approach from different companies and/or from different people that are in charge of divergent areas/niches within the multiple ventures.
Thanks

May 15, 2024A: Makes total sense. I have added this to the roadmap. Great explanation, thank you.
Hi there, we're going to build out the ability to handle multiple brands from one account this week. I'm not totally sold on building the ability to share dashboards with other users but can happily be convinced. Feel free to email steve@pressranger.com with your use case and we'll take it under consideration.
The use case is very simple. Many of us use VA's that have expertise on different areas/niches, and not a single person that will talk about our "Pet Training" app and also "Real Estate CRM" with a specific niche writer. Also, as Marketing Consultants, many of us have clients on different niches that might takeover after the initial communication is established for a more in depth conversation on the product/company/tech.
Ah I see now, thanks for walking me through it. So being able to share a company/brand with a specific user and have their dashboard limited to just that specific company would be enough for this to work for you, right?
To be easier to explain what's expected, a role system (or close to it) would be ideal on this 1st stage, like for example:
- Role 1: Admin (only one, the owner of Appsumo License)
- Role 2: Managers (can access to all dashboards, and manage users/conversations (so that they can supervise all VA's work, add/remove users, and step or takeover the conversations if needed)
- Role 3: Users/PR's (that would be our VA's or our client's designated person(s) to communicate with the selected writer - they can access only allowed domain dashboards, and will be locked of all others).
Later on the role system can evolve with more roles/details/customizable options, but for now this would solve 90% of the problem when dealing with multiple people to work the PR related with multiple businesses/companies/domains.
Hope this helps.
