1- Set up each of your clients as a company on Press Ranger that you'll manage from a single dashboard
2- Create AI campaigns for a product launch, announcement, etc. for each client activity you want to promote
3- Either send emails from Press Ranger or export them to your own CRM via CSV export
4- Network with journalists, build relationships, track stories published, etc.
Email is sent via your own email because that's what we've seen works the best. Automatic emails are easy for Google to flag and they tend to end up in the wrong part of the inbox. Emails sent via Press Ranger are done via mailto: links so that you're using your own Gmail/Outlook account. If you want to send mass emails, you'll need to export the list via CSV and then plug it into your own sending flow. We do caution people from sending mass emails as they tend to be much less effective.
