Q: price of $399.00 for press release distribution:

Regarding the discounted price of $399.00 for press release distribution:
1. Is this a one-time cost for any number of codes we buy i.e. per account or per company that have within a code or within our account?
2. Suppose I have a Tier 10 account with unlimited companies and an additional 40 users. What would be the total cost for press release distribution in this case?
Can these 40 users share the same press release distribution account?
How many press releases are allowed per company and per user?
What other option do i have if do not have PRD.
Additionally, a questions about the additional 40 users:
Are these users given separate accounts?
Can these users see all companies in the account and press releases within the account, or are they assigned to a specific company and only have access to the company they are assigned to?
