A: CSV exports let you download journalist and media contact data from Press Ranger into a spreadsheet file (CSV format).
This is super useful when you want to:

Import contacts into your own CRM or email system
Share media lists with team members or clients
Do bulk analysis of your contact data
Create custom reports outside of Press Ranger

The CSV export limits vary by plan - so you might be able to export a certain number of contacts per month depending on which tier you're on. This prevents abuse of our media database while still giving you the flexibility to work with the data how you need to.
It's basically a way to take the journalist contacts you've found in Press Ranger and use them in other tools or share them with others on your team.
