Limitations on Bulk Actions - If you want to change or organize a big list of contacts, it takes longer than it should.
Some Contact Info is Missing or Wrong - Not every journalist in the database has a complete profile. Sometimes the email address is missing or outdated.

Nov 19, 2025Hey Avinash- this is awesome thanks for sharing. Your review is great and we are actively working on some of the downsides you mention. You can see from our emails how fast we move on the product and sometimes we leave some rough edges. Bulk actions on contact lists is heavily requested and for sure in our near term roadmap.
