I reviewed your Privacy Policy. I understand Pretty Prompt collects email, product analytics, and prompts submitted for improvement, and that you state prompts are not used for AI training, analytics, marketing, or secondary purposes.
Before purchasing, can you clarify:
1. Which third-party AI/infrastructure providers process user prompts?
2. Do those providers store, retain, log, or train on prompts?
3. Are saved prompts encrypted at rest and in transit?
4. Can your team access saved prompts or prompt history?
5. Does the Chrome extension only read text when I actively trigger Pretty Prompt?
6. Can users permanently delete all saved prompts and account data?
7. Are prompts ever manually reviewed for support, debugging, or abuse prevention?

- We use a mixture of third party providers such as Gemini and OpenAI depending on what you're prompting.
2. Do those providers store, retain, log, or train on prompts?
- No they don't use the data for training as we access via their APIs instead of the Chat interface. You can read their privacy policies here https://openai.com/en-GB/policies/row-privacy-policy/ and https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms
3. Are saved prompts encrypted at rest and in transit?
- Yes, all prompts are encrypted at rest and in transit.
4. Can your team access saved prompts or prompt history?
- Only for the purposes of debugging. The only team members who have access to this are the CTO and CEO and this is secured with providers who are SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliant with multi-factor authentication.
5. Does the Chrome extension only read text when I actively trigger Pretty Prompt?
- It only reads the text inside the Prompt Input of the provider to know what to improve.
6. Can users permanently delete all saved prompts and account data?
- Yes, if you delete your account you delete all your saved prompts.
7. Are prompts ever manually reviewed for support, debugging, or abuse prevention?
- Yes, for debugging and support reasons
