A: Yes, The Public Library is one of the latest feature, so it's still growing. Right now prompts in the Public section are dedicated for Vibe coding, but we'll be adding more for other use cases soon (if you have a particular request let me know).

How it works?
You can go to your library (on the web app or extension), and click Public.
You will then see the list of prompts and what they are for. Select, apply, done.

You'll see in your library you can choose between Personal - Team - Public prompts.
