Q: Teams vs Users
Can you please explain the differences between Teams and Users? If we have Tiers 2 or higher, how do these distinctions work? Like with Tier 3, can we create two Teams with 5 users each sort of scenario? Please explain in detail.
Also- the most important feature for us (in order to justify upgrading to the higher tiers) is to understand both the above question, and what your plans are on creating "limits" for each of those. If we can create more than one Team, can we set different limits for each Team? But even more importantly- will we be able to set limits per User (regardless of Team)? Thanks!

Dec 7, 2025A: Great question - currently you can set up 1 team per account, and invite x number of users based on your tier (Tier 2 = 4 users, Tier 3 = 10 users, Tier 3 = 20 users).
The account owner, has the possibility to manage the team and invite/revoke access to users.
We are currently building multi-teams functionality so will be able to create more than 1 team, and invite users to those teams as you wish based on your tier. This will be in Production soon, and I can update you here if you'd like.
In terms of limits for those users, when we launch multi-teams, we will also let you allocate a cap of prompts/credits per user based on your full allocation of prompts per month. So though this is not available yet, you will be able to set limits per User regardless of the team.
