Hey! Sorry you've experienced this. It is actually super strange to hear it, as no one has had issues with Claude so far - it's actually one of the most loved integrations of Pretty Prompt for users!

Did you contact us? I don't remember seeing any ticket regarding this issue, so I'm sorry you wrote this review before getting in touch with us so we can help with this.

There are many reasons why this might happen, and most probably could be somehting else in the actual browser, or another extension, wifi speed, the length of the claude conversation, any connectors on claude, a new release of claude, the chrome version, etc.
