Q: What about affiliate tracking?
It would be great to be able to leverage affiliate marketing/cross-promotion to sell courses, etc. Is this on your radar?
leap.zigger5I'm not exactly sure, so let's start here. When I run online summits, each guest has a special link so we can track promotion/opt-ins/etc based on the guest. We'd use Pretty Links (a WordPress plugin) to manage this. There are no financials attached to this, no payouts...
If LJ is holding all of my offerings in one place, being able to create a link for each party who has agreed to promote would allow for referral tracking and ideally, automated payouts to promo partners... Thinkific does this, I believe.
