As always, I appreciate you providing feedback and caring about the PROCESIO community :)
To answer your question, we prioritize the channels that are most used by our community: Discord and Linkedin.
We do acknowledge the importance of the other channels, just that it is a matter of bandwidth and focus on the most important channels.
With your feedback I checked our email notification and noticed that some of the Summolings didn't receive them for a while - will amend this with a personal email to all.
I saw your email and rel reply soon, also with an invite to a quick discussion, as I see value in your feedback.
