Seemed promising but no real updates that matter for a long time and some basic features missing that they don't seem to bothered about fixing. But they still found time to setup a promotion to upsell extra hours. Afraid that doesn't inspire confidence. Shame, as I was due a tier upgrade for being a former Meta-API customer but that carrot isn't worth the risk I'm afraid.

We do understand people need new features or updates on the existing ones. And we updated constantly in the past 3 months.
You can fie the updates here: https://docs.procesio.com/announcements and in our Discord #Announcements + the #need-help-forum discussions where our team implemented functionalities to unlock community members.
Regarding "extra processing time", this was actually a request from the community -people needed a way to "not feel stuck" and to know they can request more resources if needed - and something we had in progress for a while.
