Q: This is a great product.
However, after the 1 year trial is over, it would cost $300 per year, *per* user to continue. As good as this is, does it make sense to spend a lot of time and effort to create content in it, knowing that it will be very expensive to use this long-term? I think a lot of people will hold off doing so until they see some discounted pricing guarantee for renewals. And if you are going to offer such a discount, you should do so sooner rather than later, before you lose all the initial interest here.

Agree - I tried to start a trial and immediately requests my team members but when I added three and tried to move on it said I could only add 1 - so what is the '5 guests' (clients perhaps?) - I'd prefer to include my team.
I was actually hoping to use this possibly as way to help clients with their processes & systems. I used to use Clarify.it but they went under and no long update - it was great to create these. When I saw the checklists and other features I thought we could not only use this for our PM but also to help clients by creating their processes 'written down' and put together for them, however, does not help if my team is not included.
This is truly not a good deal if I cannot include my team and if it then costs me $300 PER Team Member after the year is up - no thank you! I'll stick with my free Wrike account -thanks anyway.
