Before choosing ProdCamp I looked at similar platforms on AppSumo and the best-known ones outside. I didn't think it was already so well developed. The UI is well done, no manuals are needed, it responds quickly and has a look that is not too engineering-y but not superficial either. The additions are good but they are young and they will never be enough for us ;)
In particular, I need it to grow organically with B2C customers (I would hope they would integrate it with Fusebase and Agiled to ask for feedback from B2B customers too).
With the public and private roadmap you can then work as a team without wasting time and changing tools. A real satisfaction. WOW!!
For feedback they have combined a nice mix of tools that you don't expect and that makes sense. Right direction.
Finally I would say the 5 tacos support present, kind and flexible, well done Anton & ProdCamp.

A very well timed deal as I was searching for this! Does exactly what I need now and can see it will grow with us - so I bought 4 licenses! Anton is super helpful. Very happy with initial use, and proving well worth it for our SAAS product

Prodcamp is EXACTLY what I was looking for to better streamline some processes for our roadmap ánd to engage with our community at the same time. It fits our business perfectly and I can't wait to dive in to find it even more about the possibilities, because there are plenty! Furthermore, the support is great. There's a live chat feature and I got very quick and friendly replies from Anton. Highly recommend you to try out ProdCamp, which is risk free anyway thanks to Appsumo! :)

I've been looking for a replacement for Frill for product changelogs / feature request tracking since they discontinued their free plan, and Prodcamp is the first product I've come across that meets all my requirements.

I don't write reviews too often so I'm not too sure what to point out here, except the customer portal looks great and is easy to use, it was easy to integrate their SSO feature so I can send my app users to the portal already logged in to submit /vote on features, and being able to track user interest in planned features (whether requested by customers themselves through the portal, or recorded from feedback in emails) somewhere other than a list in stories is very helpful for me!

There's been a couple of times I've needed help, and Anton has always been very quick to respond and helpful!

The configuration is simpler than PLift, but when adding new content, it is a bit confusing (should remove the description, up to 3 descriptions are not needed)

Cname fast - domain name transfer in a few minutes, PLift side has to wait for email :(
