I've been looking for a replacement for Frill for product changelogs / feature request tracking since they discontinued their free plan, and Prodcamp is the first product I've come across that meets all my requirements.

I don't write reviews too often so I'm not too sure what to point out here, except the customer portal looks great and is easy to use, it was easy to integrate their SSO feature so I can send my app users to the portal already logged in to submit /vote on features, and being able to track user interest in planned features (whether requested by customers themselves through the portal, or recorded from feedback in emails) somewhere other than a list in stories is very helpful for me!

There's been a couple of times I've needed help, and Anton has always been very quick to respond and helpful!
